It is stated that conflict occurs when one individual or group perceives that another individual or group has caused or will cause harm.
We have emotional, cognitive and physical responses to conflict. These are important windows into our experience during conflict. By understanding our thoughts, feelings and physical responses to conflict, we may get better insight into the best potential solution to the situation. Firstly, emotional responses are the feelings we experience in conflict, ranging from anger and fair to despair and confusion. Secondly, cognitive responses are our ideas and thoughts about a conflict, often present as inner voices. Thirdly, physical responses can play an important role in our ability to meet needs in the conflict.
There is one kind of psychology, called peace psychology. A goal of it is to help people find peaceful means to satisfy their needs for security and identity. Social psycgologists and these, working in the field of peace psychology, are interested in reducing destructive conflict.
Because poor communication is often a cause of conflict, improving communication between sides can help resolve differences. Sometimes a third- part mediator, such as a marriage counselor, a courtroom judge or even the United Nations is needed. Conflict is sometimes reduced when the opposing sides work together on some common goal.It is called superordinate goal. For instance, nations that were previously at war can become allies when confronted by a common enemy.
To sum up,we have to try to avoid conflicts, but there is influence to conflict by culture, race, ethnicity differences, gender and sexuality, general and situational knowledge and previous experience.

Laziness
When we talk about laziness, there may be two types of people: those, who are lazy, but they do not care, and those, who care, who have problems because of their laziness.
What can cause laziness? The first reason is that laziness is useful for us. It let us to avoid responsability to decide, to make solutions. The second reason is that there comes an illusion of freedom- we are trying to prove for ourselves and for others that we do not do something, because we do not want it, not because we are lazy. Also there may be fair of future, of something, what is unknown for us and can be frightening. For example, we can ask ourselves: "will not it be worse?", so we are trying to put an unpleasant moment to further life, to avoid stress now.
So what are the solutions? Firstly, do not try to do hundreds of work at the same time. Do the list of what you must do an put it in order from the most important to the least. Then decide which work you are going to do firstly. Secondly, plan your work not for a month, but for a day. Write some kind of grafic, which would show which time you will do one or another thing. Thirdly, do not think how tired you are till the evening ends. On one hand, if a doctor said that you are ill, do not try too hard, but if not, do not lie to yourself yhat you can not to do something. Also do not say: " I hope it will go right", say: " I will do it!" . Believe in yourself, you are stronger than you are used to think.
Not only unknown persons are lazy, but celebrities, called stars, also. For example, Scarlett Johanson, whose parents had lot of diffliculties in her childhood to make her do some homework and other works.
To sum up laziness is not the best characteristic of a person, but il also may be useful. So as in all cases, we should be able to find the midlle, not to be too lazy, but also not to work too much. If a person' s level of laziness does not give him or her difficulties in personal and social life, than there is nothing to worry about.

Emotional literacy
Emotional literacy is the ability to express feelings with specific words. It’s very important to know how to express our feelings, to be able to communicate. Identification of our emotions also helps to identify feelings of other people.
This ability to name feelings is a form of power, and like all of the powers, it can be used not only to help, but also to hurt, so it’s very advisible to think what we are saying to others.
All of us have a natural emotional need to feel, for example, supported, listened to, understood, loved. It’s necessary to satisfy those needs especially for babes, because if not, a growing person might have a lot of problem in the future.
Everybody has a different level of knowledge about our emotions, only few are as smart in this area as they could be, so I think that talking about feelings, understanding and naming them is more useful and important to our life than we imagine.
